Data Technician / Scientist (Active)
We are seeking students (or recent grads) of all majors for remote work on a flexible part-time basis. Majors in GIS, computer science, architecture, residential or civil engineering, and other disciplines related to data science or real estate are a plus. Our objective is to determine the attractiveness and development potential of land parcels across entire US counties and states. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required.
Computer Science Intern (Position Filled)
We are seeking students (or recent grads) majoring in computer science, data science, and/or GIS to assist us in compiling and analyzing data from a variety of sources and APIs with a real estate startup. Our objective is to determine the attractiveness and development potential of land parcels across entire US counties and states. Familiarity with SQL Databases and Python Frameworks are required.

We are seeking one student or recent graduate to assist us with data analysis, technology research, and business modeling projects with a real estate startup. You will be fully trained on our current business model for land investment and will participate in every step of our land deals and financing.

We are seeking two students (or recent graduates) majoring in film, multimedia studies, digital marketing, or similar disciplines, to assist us in producing a popular YouTube channel focused on land, managing our social media pages, and drafting minor projects in print.
